In Alabama, Attorney Bob Noone only does ONE THING, and one thing only - ADOPTIONS, that's it, just adoptions - no car wrecks, workers comp, divorces or child custody . . . and he travels most of the state to assist those who are considering adoption of a Foster Child, Step Child or Grand Child, as well as private adoptions. As someone who has represented abused and neglected children for over 35 years, know that we will NEVER charge a fee to discuss the adoption of a foster child or a child in the care of a trusted relative. We regularly work with social workers and adoption specialists to speed your adoption along because we know that you have waited long enough as the court proceedings seemed to take forever.
Although our primary office is located at 753 Walnut Street in Gadsden, Bob willingly meets adoptive parents in other parts of the state of Alabama, from Montgomery to Huntsville, Fort Payne to Birmingham. Also Bob regularly meets with clients by video, saving parents of young children trips to the office.
Bob is married to Beth M. Hughes, a child and adolescent psychotherapist and regular expert in Alabama circuit and district court litigation involving children. They live with Gracie, the office therapy dog, in Glencoe, AL.
